Host a Diva Spa Party
Host a Day Spa Diva Spa Party in Boston, MA or its surrounding areas and receive 10% off of a
treatment of your choice. Host a party with 5 or more guests and email us asking for a group rate with the
services you would like and the budget you are working with. If one of your guests books a party from
your party you will receive a gift certificate in the amount of $10 dollars for each party that is booked. The
gift certificate will be used when you attend the party that your guest booked.

What you need to know to book your party
When you are ready to book your party call or E-mail Day Spa Diva with the date and time you would like
to book your party. When you are ready to book your party also have an E-mail list of the guests you
would like to invite. Day Spa Diva sends out the E-Vites for your party if you would like. Day Spa Diva will
need to know about one week in advance which treatment each guest would like to receive. This is to
ensure that all of the necessary equipment is brought to your party. All cancellations need to be made 36
hours in advance or you could be charged a cancellation fee. A contract must be signed at the time of
booking your party. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold your date. If you will
be in need of child care please inform Day Spa Diva at the time of booking.

What you need to know the day of your party
Day Spa Diva will arrive at your party 30 to 45 minutes early to set up the spa area in the space of your
choice. A minimum of a 5x9 space will be needed to set up massage table. Day Spa Diva will help you
move furniture so that this space can be accommodated. A private space is preferred so that your guests
can enjoy their treatments in a calm environment. Day Spa Diva will bring all of the necessary equipment
including candles, music, towels, shower poofs, shower gel, slippers, water, and herbal tea. If one of your
guests schedules a body wrap, body polish, or body glow, they will need to be able to have access to a
shower. Day Spa Diva does provide child care. Child care is $15 per hour for the first three children and
$5 per extra child per hour.

What you will be responsible for the day of your party
You will be responsible for any food or beverage you would like to serve. Day Spa Diva will serve you
water and herbal tea at the end of your treatment. Spa Index offers a delicious spa cuisine collection. You
will also be responsible for any other entertainment you would like to offer at your party. While you and
your guests are waiting for your treatment you can enhance your party by having you and your guests
