1.  What is a mobile spa?
A mobile spa is a day spa that comes to you at your location of choice.  A mobile spa offers many of the
same treatments and services of a typical day spa at the same cost and quality of a typical day spa.

2.  Why should I choose a mobile day spa over a traditional day spa?
You don't have to worry about making it on time for another appointment during your busy day.  Imagine
not having to leave your home, fight the traffic, find a parking spot, rush in for your spa treatment, rush off
the table, and fight the traffic to get home.  All of that hassle takes away from what is supposed to be a
calming, relaxing experience that enhances the quality of your life.  At Day Spa Diva we come to you.  We
set up the spa at your location of choice.  After your treatment you are able to rest and relax without being
rushed.  Now that is the calming experience that you deserve.  Day Spa Diva also tailors to your needs
and your schedule 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.  What areas does Day Spa Diva service?
Day Spa Diva services Boston, Metro Boston, Metro West, South Shore, North Shore, Merrimack Valley,
North Suburban region, parts of Central Massachusetts, North and Northeastern areas of Massachusetts,
Middlesex region, and parts of Southern New Hampshire.  We may service other areas for a destination
fee.

4.  Are Day Spa Diva's massage therapists and spa technicians trained and
qualified?
Yes, All of Day Spa Diva's massage therapists and spa technicians are qualified.  They are licensed and
certified and have been highly trained at approved institutions.  Day Spa Diva is also a proud member of
ABMP.  All of our therapists adhere to state regulations and sanitation protocols.

5.  Will Day Spa Diva only come to my home?
Day Spa Diva will come to you wherever you are.  Some clients book hotel rooms for spa parties, or have
events that are outdoors or even near the beach. You pick the place and we will gladly bring the spa to you.

6.  What should I expect when I book an appointment with Day Spa Diva?
Day Spa Diva will call you a day before your treatment or party to confirm your appointment.  We will
arrive at your home 30 to 45 minutes prior to the start of your treatment or party to set up the spa area.  
We bring all of the necessary equipment and supplies to set up the spa.  You can enjoy trendy magazines
that we bring for you to read while you wait.  We also set up the spa area with candles and music that we
provide or you can listen to your own music if you desire.  We complete your treatment with a bottle of
water or your choice of herbal tea.  We take care of it all.

7.  Do I have enough space in my home for a spa party?
Spa parties take up very little space.  For massages and spa treatments a 5 x 9 space is needed to set up
a massage table.  We can set up the table in an office, den, bedroom, living room, etc.  A private space is
preferred so that you can enjoy your treatment in tranquility.  Day Spa Diva can help you move furniture
out of the way if your space is not large enough.  We are able to accommodate most living spaces.  For
spa treatments you will need to be able to shower off the body mud, sugar/salt glow, or body polish.  We
provide disposable flip-flops, body wash, and a poof as part of these treatments.

8.  What are Day Spa Divas hours of operation?
Day Spa Diva books appointments according to your schedule.  We come to you 24 hours a day 7 days a
week.  We suggest that you book your appointment or party in advance.  We tend to book quickly
especially during the holiday and wedding season.

9.  Is there a minimum age requirement for massage and spa treatments?
There is not a minimum age requirement, however, minors need to be accompanied by a parent.

10.  How do I book a treatment or a party?

11.  What types of spa parties do people book?
Spa parties are tailored for all occasions such as Boston bachelorette parties, birthday parties, kids
birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers, and corporate events.

12.  What is the job of a party host?
The party host books the party, gives the  invitation list to Day Spa Diva so we can send out E-Vites,
reviews and signs the contract, and provides any food or entertainment they wish to have.  We take care
of the rest.  We set up the spa area including candles, music, and all spa supplies.  We even clean up the
area and leave it the way it was when we arrived.

13.  Can I book a single appointment?
Yes, Day Spa Diva will come to you as long as you book a minimum of a 90 minute appointment.

14. Do you provide child care?
Yes, Day Spa Diva does provide child care for $15 per hour for the first three children and an additional $5
per extra child per hour.
